STC Healthcare Delivery

STC healthcare delivery is performed through STC Hospitals Networks spreading across Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Bangalore as its command hospital centres. The command hospital in association with STC oversees clinical governance for all 30+ network hospitals, provides remote super-specialty consultations (Tele-ICU, oncology, cardiology, etc.), conducts quarterly quality audits and doctor re-training, and  supports digital health record management and system-wide analytics.

CLINICAL GOVERNANCE 

We Establish a Central Clinical Governance Body

Clinical Governance Board (CGB) with representatives from each hospital.

Includes clinical directors, quality officers, risk managers, and patient safety leads.

Reports directly to the CEO/Executive Board of STC Network.

 

We Standardize Policies & Protocols

Develop unified clinical governance standards, SOPs, and guidelines across all hospitals.

Base them on NABH, NHS, or JCI frameworks.

Use a digital platform to distribute and track policy implementation.

We Appoint Clinical Governance Leads at Each Hospital

Each hospital has a Clinical Governance Lead (CGL) reporting to the central CGB.

Responsible for:

Clinical audit coordination

Risk management

Incident reporting

Quality improvement

We Implement Centralized Data Monitoring System

Use a clinical data dashboard or health information system (HIS).

Monitor KPIs like:

Mortality/morbidity rates

Hospital-acquired infections

Readmission rates

Incident reports

Patient satisfaction

 

We Conduct Regular Audits & Peer Reviews

Schedule monthly internal audits and quarterly peer reviews.

Rotating peer review teams among hospitals improves cross-learning.

Use findings to update SOPs and training needs.

 

We Focus on Continuous Education & Training

Mandatory clinical governance training for all staff.

Regular CME/CPD programs, simulation drills, and risk management workshops.

 

We Build Risk & Incident Management Framework

Establish a central incident reporting system (like Datix).
